That means you put files in the folder that represents the CD drive, and it's waiting for you to go ahead and write them to the CD. Did you put the files in the wrong place, or do you really want to write a CD? If the latter, you should be able to open the folder for the CD drive, see the files collected there, and either there will be an option on the left Write files to CD, or click on file on top of the folder window and choose write the files to CD. Watch it and make sure it actually writes them. Sometimes it does not and you have to try again with a new CD. You have to have a CD drive that will write CD's to do this, but then I don't THINK you'd get that message if you don't.
