Many thanks Nivard for your helpful suggestions re my OE problem. I am running IE6 and have compacted my files but this has not worked. I am very hestitant though about deleting files There are various sites on Google that claim to be able to fix OE but as a silver surfer I am nervous in case these sites are suspect. Sorry to be a nuisance but I would appreciate your thoughts on these sites. Heather
