And even if Daan is not reading your response, maybe someone else, researching the same persons, comes across your post. That is the beauty of groups like this. I also want to apologize for the reaction of the moralistic, self appointed moderator. He apparently single handedly came up with a timeframe in which answers/responses are seen as valid, anything outside that timeframe is deemed useless and needs to be commented on in a patronizing way. Please be assured that this is NOT how the vast majority of the Dutch genealogists is. I did not quote the message I am reacting to. When I open this group, I get a full thread of the original message and all the responses, as does 99 % of the subscribers here. So, thank you again for your kindness in willing to share.....
