I would not think it to be very plausable that he would have changed his mind since then. Methinks that a compiled list that is made public is not a work of art and the data[!!] in it are NEVER subject to any form of copyright, only the way in witch it is represented might be so if the writer is alive or died les tan 70 years ago.
