Yes, they are called Moroccans, Algerians, Tunisians, Egyptians, Libyans etc. Some are "tall", some or not. Many have dark skins and straight hair, and many don't. I believe Egypt even fielded a basketball team for the olympics. What you describe fits just about any country in north Africa, albeit not exclusively. Yes, you can find that population set anywhere and everywhere in NA.
