All Rootsweb lists are free of charge to subscribers. Listowners, or list sponsors, such as myself, do pay Rootsweb a yearly donation of $24 to be a sponsor. When you consider all of the information you can receive in a year's time on a list such as this, and the equipment and work involved in creating and maintaining a service such as the one Rootsweb offers us all, and the help the Rootsweb staff offers us in maintaining this list, I would encourage those of you who are financially able to do so to consider a voluntary donation to Rootsweb to help them keep this service available and growing for all of our benefit.
