Jan. 16,1815; R. Jan. 28, 1815. FELIX GEIGER, ABRAHAM GEIGER, MARY HOFFMAN, & CORNELIUS GEIGER Legal heirs of ULRICK KEGAR (or Geiger) dec'd. sold to their brother JOHN GEIGER, also a legal heir of ULRICK KEGAR, for the sold intention that strick justice may be obtained and done to their brother and to prevent dispute and law suit, that parcel of land being one-fifth or 60 acres, originally granted on 2nd June 1767 to ULRICK KEGAR. Wit.: Jacob Geiger, Philip Geiger, and Stephen Denmark, J.P. Pages 289-290. Jan 16, 1815; R. Jan 28, 1815. Between JOHN GEIGER ABRAHAM GEIGER & MARY his wife, MARY HOFMAN, CORNELIUS GEIGER & REBECCA his wife, FELIX GEIGER & MARY his wife, one one part and Christopher Frederick Bunce, Planter, on the other part. For $250, a parcel of land being four-fifths or 300 acres granted to ULRICK KEGAR. Wit.: JACOB GEIGER, PHILIP GEIGER. Page 301. july 8, 1815: R. Sept. 16, 1815. Deed of Gift from William Bennett in Consideration of the love, good will and affection which I have and do bear towards my loving son-in-law DAVID GEIGER, Bulloch Co.... a parcel of land, part of a 400 acre tract on which he now resides. Wit.: John Thompson, James Bennett. Page 305. Nov. 9, 1815 ; R. Dec. 8, 1815. Christopher F. Bunce planter Bulloch Co. sold to Stephen Denmark for $300, four-fifths of a tracct originally on 2nd June 1767 granted to URICK KEGER for 300 acres ... Wit.: Mary Adams, Allen Denmark. Page 336, Dec. 30, 1816. FELIX GEIGER and MARY his wife, sold to William Richardson 350 acres for $550, conveyed by JOHN MARTIN to William Wise on Sept. 11, 1795: also 200 acres, a total of 550 acres. Wit.: Stephen Jones, Abraham Richardson, Stephen Denmark, J.P. Page 377. Nov. 19, 1814; R. Nov. 4, 1818 Simeon Travis, Administrator to the estate of Jacob Hoffman, sold to FELIX GEIGER for $242, 550 acres in two tracts. Wit.: J. Tillinghast, Adam Jones, Stephen Denmark, J.P. Page 397, Sept. 25, 1817; R. May 21, 1819. ABRAHAM GEIGER sold to Henry Melton for $100, 500 acres. Wit.: James Melton, John Futch. Oath on Dec. 5, 1818. Pages 397-398, Nov. 11, 1819: R. May 21, 1819. Stephen Denmark sold to Christpher F. Bunce, for $252, a tract of 285 acres, exect 18 1/4 acres conveyed to FELIX GEIGER on April 22, 1800, originally granted to Stephen Denmark May 20, 1795, ajoining lands of Knight Stafford & Belcher and land surveyed for Alex(r). Lane. Wit.: Mary Adams, Allen Denmark, Ely Kennedy, CSCBC. Pages 399-400. Nov.7, 1815; R. May 21, 1819. FELIX GEIGER & MARY his wife, sold to Christopher F. Bunce for $550 acres granted to James Fordice 5 Aug. 1766 and conveyed by said James Fordice to Mary Belcher and William Wiley Ewing, the said husband of Mary Ewing, formerly Belcher, did convey to FELIX GEIGER the said 100 acres on 20 June 1796; also a tract of land containing 150 acres conveyed to FELIX GEIGER by Peter Stafford on 29 Dec. 1801; also a tract of land conveyed to FELIX GEIGER by Stephen Denmark on 22 April 1800, containing 18 1/4 acres being a part of (illegible) acres granted to Stephen Denmark...(no witnesses listed) Page 408. May 2, 1819; R. Oct. 4, 1819. "To all people to whom these presents shall come. I, JOHN GEIGER, do send Greetings. Know ye that the said JOHN GEIGER, of the state and county aforesiad (Bulloch), Planter for the good will and affection which I have and do bear towards my beloved wife SARAH GEIGER and her bodily heirs, have given granted relinquished and forever quit claim to all the part or portion of property aquired by her; viz, all of her part or portion of the estate of Christin Shuffield, deceast (sic) and obtained by the intermarriage made between the said JOHN GEIGER and his wife SARAH, shall be vested and forever held by siad SARAH GEIGER during her natural life, then to go and be vested in her bodily heirs in proportion thereunto."
