Stephen Denmark (remainder illegible). Wit.: John Rawls, Chas. Gruver. Page 120-121. Oct. 20, 1804; R. July 12, 1806. Henry Zouk, planter, Bulloch Co., and Marcia Zouk, his wife, sold to JOHN GIEGER (spelled this way), planter Bul. Co., for $22, 22 acres originally granted 7 April 1767 to Frederick Rester. Wit.: Milner Holladay, Elijah Bragg. Page 121-122. July 5, 1806; R. July 12, 1806. JOHN GEIGER, planter Bul. Co., sold to Stephen Denmark, planter, for $65, 200 acres originally granted April 16, 1796 to JOHN GEIGER. Wit.: John Rawls, Charles Gruver, C.I.C.B.C. {Clerk of the Inferior Court Bulloch Co.} Page 124-126. July 3, 1806; R. July 19, 1806. Stephen Denmark, Planter, Bul. Co. and his wife Elizabeth Denmark sold to Reading Denmark, planter of Bulloch Co., for $2500, tract originally on Sept. 18, 1766 granted to John Adam Treutlen, 300 acres in St. Phillips Parish now Bulloch Co., which sd. tract of land was conveyed to Stephen Denmark by John Treutlen, son of John Adam Treutlen, and heir to the land , by deed dated 7 January 1793. Also tract of land of 65 acres originally on 2nd Sept. 1766 granted John Adam Treutlan. Also tract of land 236 acres originally on 6 Aug. 1793 granted Stephen Denmark for 586 acres, bounded on east by JOHN GEIGER's land, Davis branch ... SW by ASA Emanuel's land ... Also tract of land originally on 20 May 1795 granted Stephen Denmark for 500 acres, bounded NW by Alexander Lane, Jr's land. Also part of a tract of 85 acres originally on 20 may (illegible) .... The whole above tracts 1476 acres. Wit.: John Rawls, Chas. Gruver. Pages 138-141 Jan. 1, 1807, R. Jan 5, 1807. Jacob Huffman, also 200 acres originally on 16 may 1798 granted to Jacob Huffman and conveyed by Jacob Huffman & Ann Mary his wife to Abraham Stafford ...; also 100 acres on 19 Nov. 1791 granted to FELIX GEIGER: also 50 acres originally on 20 may 1795 granted to FELIX GEIGER (later shows MARY is wife of FELIX GEIGER ) and Elizabeth is wife of Abraham Stafford ... Wit.: W.M. Richardson, John Pettibone. Page 174-175 May 28, 1807; R. June 3, 1808. JOHN A. MARTIN appointed JAMES MARTIN of Bryan Co., his attorney to sell 202 1/2 acres in 12th Dist. in Baldwin Co., No. 58, granted 6 Jan. 1808. Wit.: John Lanier, ABRAHAM (X) GEIGER. Page 190-191. Nov. 11, 1808; R. Feb. 24, 1809. Henry Wise, Planter, Bul., Co., sold to Jacob Huffman, planter, Bul., Co., for $15, 200 acres bounded SW by William Wise, NW by Robert Knight land and vacant land, NE by Stephen Denmark land, SE by J.H. Shuber & Alexander Lane's land. Wit.: JOHN GEIGER, C.H. Groover. Page 202. April 18 1809; R. Oct. 12, 1809. Frederick Rester sold to Thomas Jones for $100, 200 acres originally granted CORNELIUS GEIGER June 30, 1797 & conveyed then to Frederick Rester by deed. On Luke Mann's branch, Bulloch Co., Wit.: John Matthis, Redding Denmark, Malachi Denmark, Stephen Denmark, J.J.C. Pages 203-204. April 18, 1809; R. Oct.13, 1809. Affadavit ny Gideon Rester before Stephen Denmark, Justice of Inferior Court, Bulloch Co., states that a certain deed of conveyance given from CORNELIUS GIGER to Frederick Rester for 200 acres of land lying on Luke Mann's branch is lost or mislaid so that it can not be found. The deponet further states that he is of the opinion that it is likely Frederick Rester carried it through a mistake with other papers to the Western Country and if it should be found the deponent will use every means to convey said deed to Thomas Jones of Bul., Co. Wit.: Stephen Denmark. Page 253. April 8, 1804; R. May 10, 1811. FELIX GEIGER sold to Abraham Stafford for $75, two tracts of land containing 250 acres. Signed FELIX GEIGER & MARY MARG. GEIGER. Wit.: Wm. Redding, J.P. Pages 266-267. Dec. 1, 1812 ; R. Feb. 17, 1813. Nathaniel McCall, Tax Collector for the years 1810,1811, and 1812 for Bulloch Co. sold to William Richardson 150 acres of pine land lying on the waters of Ironmonger Creek bounded on the west by land surveyed for JOHN MARTIN and all other sides by land belonging to the estate of J(torn) Lane. Said William Richardson was the highest bidder for $20. Wit.: Francis L. Kennedy, E. Godfrey, Isiah Jones, J.P.
