Joan: After years of searching it is nice to see other Geigers in my family coming out. I received a message off of the Somerset Co., PA site this morning from a Patty Staetter at mcs@ic.net who is related to Catherine Geiger (John Geiger's sister) and she is also looking for Geigers. I have ask for her genealogy to add to mine. She also had an interesting twist to the story of John Geiger's wife, Margaret McAdams. She says they came as a family in about 1811. I have ask her for the source of her info. Also, I sent you via snail mail some additional info I forgot to put in the package.
