Peggy, I do now have addtional information on him from the will of his step- mother Mary Robeson Geiger. Her will lists Jacob as living in Fayette County, PA in 1812, and mentions his daughter Sarah Keiger. Sarah's surname is specifically listed as Keiger although all other family members' names are spelled Geiger in the will and inventory. Jacob appears on the Fayette County census records as Jacob Kiger and I am in the process of attempting to sort out just which of the Kigers in that part of PA are descended from this Jacob. Sharon, Henry Geiger is named in the will of his father Christopher Geiger and all we know for sure is that he died prior to 12 February 1805 and that he had been married and had two daughters who are mentioned in the will.
