Under cities and boroughs it shows Murrsville pop. 250,000 in Westmoreland County, Franklin Twp.! So perhaps it is now an incorporated borough and no longer called a Township. I am not really familiar with the area. Greene and Fayette Counties both have Franklin Twps.
