    1. [GEIGER-L] VIRD KYGER (a.k.a. ? Ulysses V.)
    2. Dick Andis
    3. Joan so aptly poses a blunt question: <grin> > While my guess is wife number two dies and Vird remarries Mary L. born > March 2, 1865 and then he dies and she marries John W. Ayers as a widow. The > fact that Mary L. Kyger born 1865 is marrying in 1907 indicates to me she most > likely is not a Kyger by birbut Vird's widow. This is STRICTLY guesswork. > This entry could well be an entirely different Kyger family so PLEASE don't > quote me on this one. I just have a "feeling" that this is how it will all > play out when we learn more. Maybe we can put Dick Andis to work gathering > evidence on this one. How about it Dick? I DO plan to get to White County, IN, (Monon) in near future as Dorothy and I have discussed on a couple of occasions. Will look for probate on Vird and/or Margaret as well as guardianship court records, land records in Monon Twp, obits, etc. Will try to tie that to trip to Clinton Co, IN to check on the land left there by Samuel KYGER who went back to Ohio FROM Indiana in 1847, passing away on 2 Dec 1848 in Warren Co, OH. In short....the answer is "YEP". Dick Andis <randis@madison.tdsnet.com>
