Kiger resident of Winchester, Va., as son of Isaac and Lydia and heir for a Land bouty applied for by Lydia, widow of Isaac. Do we know all of Isaac and Lydia's children? Does the William G. Kiger, resident of Front Royal and also veteran of the war of 1812 have any relationship to Isaac and Lydia? Could he possibly be a brother?
