Eleanor, I don't think so--I was using the Broderbund CD for the 1810 census listing but I was using the Accelerated Index listing for 1790 and 1800. So we can't really compare the two listings. I am pretty sure Benjamin is NOT on there anywhere. I think off the top of my head that there is a Benjamin Geyer we can't account for on the Philadelphia census listing in 1810 which I need to take a look at but there is a Geyer family in Phila. at that time--I have to look back at my records and see what Dave Rankin said about that Benjamin--and I also want to check on that Elizabeth Geiger in Windsor Twp. in 1810. My feeling is that Benjamin, Sr. died before 1790. I am attempting to compare the listings for all of PA to try to track the migration of these Geigers to western PA. I also would like to see the deed for Benjamin Geiger's land in Rockland Twp. I supposedly have ALL Berks Co. deeds for Geigers but I do not have that one--it must not have been recorded--many deeds were not recorded in those days. I do plan to check tax lists which may prove just as helpful in knowing when Benjamin and Charles drop off of the lists. Joan
