She didn't sound at the time as if the matter was under consideration. :( I think to get to the bottom of the European GEIGER lines we also need to examine the records of towns other than Ittlingen--the little towns around that area like Richen and Berwangen and possibly others. We've been given hints as to what might be found in these records by people who have seen them but who lacked a personal interest in these families. Of course, if there a sufficient number of interested male line descendants of the various families--there is always DNA testing which could prove common ancestor or not. Joan
