I apologize to the list for posting what amounts to a private message ON the list but I needed to let Gerry know that his mail is STILL bouncing and that I cannot contact him privately. Somehow, he appears to be reading the list mail (possibly in the list archives) and I wanted to let him know that he has now bounced off the list: X-Diagnostic: Mail to giegerg@hotmail.com bounced 4 times X-Diagnostic: Bounces exceed threshold of 4 X-Diagnostic: Removed: giegerg@hotmail.com The reason given for the bounces is: This message is larger than the current system limit or the recipient's mailbox is full. Create a shorter message body or remove attachments and try sending it again. Gerry, you either need to contact hotmail tech support about the problem or make sure ALL of your folders and storage files are cleaned out before resubscribing. Hotmail considers all folders including spam folders you may not have checked and emptied in determining that a user has full mailbox. Thanks and good luck. Joan
