James Kaigler, as Administrator of estate of JOSEPH KAIGLER deceased - mortgaged unto William Hardy and Randolph Geiger the following property, viz, one Negro woman Sin and three children: tom, Abraham and Martha. Terms were that if James Kaigler paid unto the respective legatees of the above named administration their full shares of said estate, then the above mortgage to be of non effect, but if not paid when demanded, the above named William Hardy and Randolph Geiger is at liberty to take above named property and sell the same or as much as will satisfy the above named legatees. Signed 19 Jun 1824 in the presence of Benjamin Clark. Sworn to 5 Jun 1824 by Benjamin Clark before Nathaniel Corley, J. P and recorded 7 Jun 1824.
