Anne: For the past 2.5 days, I have been working on my big "Geiger" file. I decided to go ahead and put all names into computer....maybe they would sort out and make some sense to me. While doing that, I found where Skip K.....the young man that attended the Geneva Geiger reunion a while back....said his gggrandfather was James M. Geiger and his (James') brother was Jacob S. Geiger (1824-1896) the oldest person buried in Geneva, Seminole Co, FL. He also said their father was Harmon Horlbeck Geiger (1797-1868) who md. Rube Lavinia KAIGLER. While going through mgs. that I've filed away for years, one dated 7/2/99 from you had marriages from the Geiger Bible. It lists: John Randolph Geiger b. 1773 md. Elizabeth Murff b. 1776 Children of John Randolph and Elizabeth: Harmon Hm (sic) Geiger b. 29 Sept 1797 Silvia b. 1800 John Jacob b. 1801 Mary Margulia b. 1805 Washington Whitfield b. 1808 Salome b. 1817 Going back to Skip's notes, he said Harmon H Geiger was b. 1824; James M. Geiger b. 1820 md. Karein Aiken Do you suppose Jacob's father was Harmon Hm (sic) Geiger....son of John Randolph and Elizabeth Murff?...........that would be our Geneva, Seminole Co, FL connection to the other Geigers. Help!!!!!!!! Mary Phillips Orlando, FL
