A John Conrad Geiger supposedly married a Barbara Murff in about 1762. He was a son of Herman and Elizabeth Habluetzel Geiger. Another son, also named John, married an Ann or Emily Murff in about 1767. This union produced a daughter, Emily Geiger, who married Llewellyn Threewits. Emily Geiger was supposedly a Revolutionary War heroine. Other sources claim that Herman Geiger was married to a Margaretha Gartman rather than Elizabeth. I'm not at all certain about any of this, so if anyone out there has better information, I'd like to see it. Warren
