My dad and I just started talking about him recently when I mentioned the display and how I wished he would take me to it. He said that he knew of him and he said that he didn't know for sure how we were related to him. I was browsing the history books a while ago and ran across his name and a picture of the side of his face. There was very little about him in the book though. I have not been to the display, but I intend on going. I'm hoping I can talk my dad into taking me this week. Anne, I have often wondered if the families from Germany and Switzerland weren't related further back myself. The countries are so close to each other that the family could have split up and filtered into the states as you say. That is a good thought.
