I couldn't find BACHER or SCHWEIGER in my data base, but I did find a BAKER family in the Orangeburg District. William BAKER (b. 1759) and Barbara LYKES had a dau. Eleanor Barbara BAKER, who married John Conrad GEIGER in 1829. He was a great grandson of the famous Herman GEIGER and Elizabeth HABLUTZEL .... Herman being the son of Gov. Hs. Jacob GEIGER.
