Anne- Actually this is kind of interesting in that my immigrant ancestor Matthias GEIGER (b. Abt. 1703; d. 1759, Salem County, NJ) had a sister Teresia who married Frederic NEUSCH, in 1723, in Lembach, Alsace. I found NEUSCH spelled many ways in the Lembach records and the family seems fairly closely tied to the GEIGERS. A descendant of Frederic and Teresia NEUSCH, -- Matthias NEUSCH, emigrated to America and the family name later evolved to NASH. Coincidence? Joan
