West... Her website was among the first on the Internet, alongside those of Rootsweb and the Orangeburg Genealogical Society of South Carolina (Gene Jefferies...) Patsy's accomplishment was recognized when she won second place, Best Independent Designer in the St. Louis Business Journal 2001 E-Business Awards. Over 200 web sites were submitted.
