In the Denver Oste for 20 Dec 2000 was this obituary: Willard H. Gieger Goodwill employee, 78 Willard H. Gieger of Englewood, an employee of Goodwill Industries, died Dec. 13. He was 78. Services were Monday at Victory Baptist Church. Interment was in Littleton City Cemetery. He was born July 9, 1922 in Laurel, Miss. On June 21, 1942, he married Hestle Cooper Gieger in Heidelberg, Miss. His interests included football. He is survived by his wife; two sons, Willard, Parker, and Tommy, Lakewood; a brother, Victor, Terrell, Texas; three sisters, Essie Hollingsworth, and Tressie Dyess, both of Laurel, and Jessie Ruth Lundy, Mobile, Ala.; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. I would guess that the comma between Willard and Parker is a mistake. Lakewood is on the west side of Denver. Hope this helps someone. Marge
