    2. I found this rather intriguing posted on the Burlington County, NJ list. It is an 1860 census record and included in this household is a 6 year old boy named William Geiger who is listed as an apprentice farmer--born in PA. 3. Try a search with Google.com. Ask for GEIGER, DREHER, different spellings of the cemetery, the town, etc. When you get a list of possibilities, open one up and click on Edit > Find (on this list) [if you use Outlook Express] to scan the site. You'll soon get the hang of it. I typed in "Howard James Geiger" and got "about" 10,200 hits!! Lots of interesting GEIGERS there! "Orwigsburg, Pa.," brought 1,750! 3. Posted on: Geiger/Kiger/Kyger Query Forum Reply Here: http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~genbbs/genbbs.cgi/FamilyAssoc/Geiger/244 Surname: Geiger, Lee ------------------------- I see in the above message Abraham Harroll Geiger's dob is 1801. What documents do you have on his dob? He is my gggrandfather and I am working on his line.I have a copy of a census record from Hamilton Co, Fla for 1850 of a Abraham Geiger age 32 this would make his dob 1818. And on this same census a few pages down is listed his wife to be Avey Jane Lee. On the 1860 census for Chatham Co, Ga he is listed as Andrew H Geiger, wife Avey J, children John C,GeorgiaA, and Abraham P. These are his and Avey's children so I know this is Abraham Harroll and his age is 45 which would make his dob 1815. So there is no way his dob could be 1801. Would love to know how 1801 was documented. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks so much. Dot

    3. Gerald: If he gave food, clothing, shelter, a saddle, horse, what ever to the Rev. War Soldiers during the war to help aid the men and the cause then he would qualify also. He did not have to fight!! Is this the case?? If so do you have documents to prove this?? Next can you using at least one form of proof for each generation bring him down to you??
