HI JENNIFER: Have you looked at the 1870, 1880, 1900 Census for Jos.Henry Hooker??? If he was alive in 1880 and 1900, you can look him up on the SOUNDEX (thru your local FHC), and it will show you WHICH COUNTY HE RESIDED IN....then you can just backtrack from there, if you want to try and find him on 1870 Census. For Marriage records for unknown County in GA, I'd suggest looking at some of the cd's that have marr. rec for the southern states, many of which are kept at local FHC's. Good luck!
