Hi Tina & All, The Georgia passport books have been an excellent resource for me. I bought them through special order at my local bookstore. They don't have ISDNs printed in them; I used author's name in the bookseller's database. I don't know if the FHC would have them or not (the one closest to me is only open a few hours a week while I'm either at work or at school). I've recommended to others that they might try the National Genealogical Society since it's one of their special publications, but no one has written back to tell me if they were successful. I ran across the info I posted while doing lookups for some of the list members at GATHOMAS-L, and I forwarded it because Wilkinson Co. was noted in the record. I'll be glad to do lookups for anyone here. Please be sure to specify which resource you're asking for in the subject line of your post 'cuz I have "too many irons in the fire" at the moment and might check the wrong book for you <grin> (the word "passport" will work fine). Tina's the list manager, and I'm not sure of her policy on this, but on the lists I manage I encourage public posting of lookup results so that the info is saved into the RootsWeb mailing list archives. As I see it, even an "I'm sorry, Joe SMITH isn't in the book" might save someone a wasted trip to the library ... today or two years from now.
