Hi All, I received from a kind researcher a partial transcription from the will of my ancestor, Zadock SIMMONS (c1756-a1824). I've included it below in hopes that it may help someone (or that someone with a connection will appear <grin>). Spelling, punctuation and numbering is shown here as in the transcript. Anyone related to this family, please be in touch. I think this a quite an interesting document, and would enjoy discussing it. If anyone can tell me where to write to get an original copy of this will, I would be very appreciative. Also, I'd like to find out what happened to Zadock's slaves. Can anyone advise how I might do that? === p. 227 [Book unk.] Will of Zadock Simmons (1821) Wilkinson County, State of Georgia In the name of God, amen! .....
