According to my Grandmother entry into her bible Elizabeth was born in Wilkinson County. Elizabeth married a Davis maybe a Jim or James Davis. They had one son named James Riley Davis. Two Daughter Malinda C. and Martha Ann. Elizabeth came to Texas in 1836 and received a land grant from the Republic of Texas. She stated that she was a Widow. I beleive they went to Ware County , Georgia sometime around 1827 because my Great Grandfather James Riley Davis said on his CSA pension app that he was born in Ware County, Georgia in 1827. The two daughters were both born in Georgia. One married a William Sheppard/Shephard/ Shepherd and then married a William Wagnor the other married a Daniel Kelly/Kelley. Any Help will be appreciated.
