I was on the Toomsboro Hwy. yesterday and noticed that the Major John Hatcher Historical Marker has been completley destroyed. Only a small portion of the left hand side of the marker is there. The post is ok. I would guess it was the work of vandals. It just makes me so sick that this has happened.
