The property in north Sandersville will be divided into > building lots and sold on terms to suit the purchasers, either for cash or > sixty days time. This is valuable for building lots and will no doubt bring > good prices, as it is one of the most elevated points and desirable locations > in the city. The land just beyond the residence of Mr. W. A. McCarty, and also > the land surrounding the house which belongs to the estate, now occupied by Dr. > Davis and family, will be sold.
