"whew! the women were busy in that family!" anyway here's what I do and perhaps you'll find it useful; I usually just copy the pertinent parts into a new email (along with the sender's name and email of course), print it, then delete the "new" email instead of sending anywhere. That way I only get the parts I'm interested in or need. Just a thought. Rhonda Raye
