They lived in Pulaski County GA (later became Bleckley Co), but I think he is related to the MEADOWS family who lived in Wilkinson Co GA. His parents were Isaac and Cassa COLLINS MEADOWS. Isaac was born c. 1800 in NC and so was Cassa. Isaac may have been the son of Bartholomew MEADOWS. Any information will be appreciated. Thanks! Joy
