Thank you very much. At first look these do not appear to be mine. My William and John were in Gwinnett Co by 1830 spelled Hughs.. Sometimes the name is spelled so differently. I think it was left up to the census taker to spell it however he thought. My William reappears on the Marshall County Alabama census spelled Huse. I almost never found this. He was born in SC.
