You might take a look at http://members.tripod.com/myfamilysearch/dixon_clan.htm to see if any of my Dixon's match yours. My g-grandfather was Dave Dixon whose father came from Wilkinson Co. to Lowndes Co., GA about 1840 with wife Martha Green Dixon. Most Dixon's in Wilkinson Co. I've researched are related and I suspect that all are; just haven't been able to confirm.
