If you are using Internet Explorer. Go to the FILE menu in the upper left hand corner and in the drop down list you will find IMPORT and EXPORT. Click on it and follow the directions. I frequently backup my favorites on a disk. You can import them by doing the same. I have saved individual emails but not the amount of messages you have. Suggest you look in your help file.
