Just ran across my copies of the Thompson cards from "The Hollingsworth File". These were notecards kept by Hollingsworth (genealogist) and have been microfilmed by the GDAH. There are somewhere around 240 cards. Each line is a note he made while doing research. They are probably available from LDS on microfilm as well. On my recent trip to Wilkinson County I obtained a copy of Joseph Maddox's Wilkinson County Historical Collections. Although I have found a number of errors in my own lines and numerous instances of contradictory information therein, it is never-the-less a good starting point for any Wilkinson County research. I will be willing to do look ups on an "I'll get to it when I can basis" (I work full time, have a hubby, a teenager and a life!), which means it'll probably take me a couple of weeks, but be patient and I'll get to it. I know these books aren't in every library, and when they are it's often hard just to get out and get to it, so I'll be glad to help with whatever information I can.
