I, Josiah Tuck of the County and State aforesaid, this thirteenth day of October in the Year of Our Lord Eighteen Hundred and Forty Three do make and ordain, this my last Will and Testament, in manner and form following ver. Item first. I will and desire that all my lawful Debts be paid in a convenient time after my Decease. To my daughter Susannah McLaughlin I give a feather Bed and furniture, and a Cow and Calf, which she has received. To my daughter Sarah Kent, I give a feather Bed and furniture and a Cow and Calf which she has received. To my daughter Nancy Colley, I give a feather Bed and furniture and a Cow and Calf, or the value thereof which she has received. To my daughter, Mary Huel, I give a feather Bed and furniture and a Cow and Calf which she has received. To my son, Claborn Tuck, I give a feather Bed and furniture and a Cow and Calf and a dark Mare which he has received. To my son, Benjamin W. Tuck, I give a feather Bed and furniture, a Cow and Calf and bright bay Mare, the Mare he has received. To my Grand-daughter, Tabitha C. Huel, whom I have raised, I give a feather Bed and furniture and a Cow and Calf. To my two Youngest Daughters, Tabitha Tuck and Martha Tuck, I give them my Land and premises, Plantation Tools, Stock of all Kinds and Household and Kitchen furniture to have and to hold forever. Item lastly. I nominate and ordain my son Benjamin W. Tuck and Luke Turner, Executors of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and annulling all former will or wills made by me and publish and declare this to by my last. Hi Carla, Do you have a Joseph E. Tuck who married Caroline E. Boggs? I have no dates for him but she was born December 21, 1846 and died October 06, 1908 and is buried at Bethany Methodist Church in Jackson County, Georgia.
