Does anyone know anything about the LOWE family living in Wilkes Co in the early 1800's? My 3g-grandmother Antoinette LOWE b 1824 married Thomas Anderson HEARD. I have not been able to connect her to the right LOWE parents. On the 1850 census there is a Thomas V. LOWE b abt 1805 living in the Smith's home. I have no idea who he is but Antoinette named one of her children Thomas Vincent HEARD. If anybody has the 1840 or 30 census would you please look just to see if he is listed as a household head or if any LOWES are there at all? I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you , Debby Watson
