Some say he was from Va. Some say He was from Ga.; I have him as the 9th. child of Michael Lawson Dent and Sarah Heard born in Wilkes County Ga. but no documentation other than others research. My best guess makes WHD my GGGG Grandfather. I would greatly appreciate any help in clearing up the confusion, and locating records of confirmation. Thanks Bill Dent
