Muse/Smith in Georgia Hi! I am looking for the John Mead Muse who married Cynthia Turner. They lived in Wilkes County and moved to Carroll County....somewhere between 1880 and 1900. John and Cynthia were married 3/27/1851 in Wilkes County. They had a number of children James R. Theodosia, Otho, Oscar Beld, Lizzie, Lela and Omega. In the 1900 census for Carroll County John is no longer listed and Cynthia is the head of household with two grandchildren living with her 1.Lula 2. Benjamin...both with the last name Smith. Lula was my Great Grandmother and I am trying to locate her parents....and the Smith connection as well as the circumstances behind her living with her grandmother. Do you have any info? Thanks. Kim
