Ga. bet. 1840-1844. Found them living in the 1850 census of Paulding Co. Ga. They had 4 children: John A.M. Davis, b. 1845, James M. Davis, b. 1847, Salina D. Davis, b. 1853, and my grandfather, William Jefferson Davis, b. 1856. Apparently, Lewis died shortly after the birth of William as in the 1860 census of Hall County Ga. Mary Ann Amanda and all 4 of the children are living with her parents, Allen Gunter and Priscilla Nipper in Hall County. I have been searching for the parents and sibling of my Lewis for over 4 years now. Could we be connected?? Mack Davis
