There was Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, John Jr, Mary Hammond who married John Aylor Their parents were John Hammond Sr wife Eve (last is unknown) Someone her is German because I have Abraham's war records, Rev. Records. He states he is borned in New Jersey and he saw his name wrote in German in his father's bible. That is what I have been trying to find out who is German? I know John Sr and John Jr. lived in some German Camps. John Jr had a son John 111 who lived in Talladega Al. This is my gggrandfather, he married Hannah Dodson, so she would be Hannah Hammonds, she is the only Hannah Hammonds I have ever known of. Abraham lived in Rockingham Co. Vir, then in Wilkes Co.
