Hi, I am looking for information on a SIGNAR/SIGNOR/SEABORN EDMONDS who was in this area in the early 1800s and 1810s. He is a brother to the Wiliam Edmonds who married Rebecca Bailey. Any information on him or his parents will be greatly appreciated. Rachel
