I suspect that John was the ring leader as he was tried sepertly.The other testified agantist him but did not do them any good. Joshua Rials was hanged for treason. I believe John Benning was a kin of mine as my grand father told of one of our kin being hung in Wilkes County for stealing horses. Charles Bedingfield was on the Grand Jury that indicted him.
