Volume 2, pages 2 to 12 list what each man was charged for and his sentence. The books should be available at your local libraries or can be ordered from the Mary Wills Library in Washington, Wilkes County, Ga. Bennefield was charged with assisting to rob, steal, carry away two Horses, Guns,& saddles & other misdemeanors.
