I'm not sure whether to look for these on the local level or through the Georgia Dept. of Archives. I am looking for information on my great-grandfather, Cleanthus Dimitrios Frankopoulos (name later changed to Cline Demetris Frankinson)who came here from Greece ca. 1895. He married a woman from Wilkes County, Frances Elizabeth "Fannie" Rhodes, on September 4, 1897, and I believe they lived in the Athens area for a time, so I'm not sure whether naturalization would have been filed through Wilkes County or Clarke County. Can anyone point me in the right direction for finding these records? Lisa Bridges
