My interest in Miss Andrews stems from reading The War-Time Journal of a Georgia Girl, 1864-1865. I know she had siblings and I assume some of them married and had children. Are any of their descendants still in the South? Is the family home of Judge Andrews still standing or is any of the land of the original plantation owned today by the family?
