He married Mamie Taylor b 15 Sep 1877 GA- d 18 Jan 1948 in Sp Co. I think he was the son of Daniel M. Silvey and Sallie J. _____. One of his sons was Rufus W. Silvey b 4 Jan 1904 in Wilkes Co, GA. He died 26 Feb 1969 in Spartanburg Co. He married Nettie Lou Kesler b abt 1909- d in June 1988 in Sp Co. Nettie's father was George Kesler.
