I do not at present have access to an 1870 census for Washington Co.,nor a cemetery book or death index. I need to find when when Thomas R. Mills died. He was born in 1797 and was still alive in 1860. The census listed him as 63 on that census. His wife had already died by 1850. He was the son of John and Mary Mills originally of NC. if anyone can help me I would really appreciate it.
